Three Oversight Committees of Membership (Brotherly Love), Charity (Relief), and
   Education (Truth) provide support for underlying committees.
 
Membership – Richard Gilchrist (Chairman)
Our greatest necessity to longevity as a lodge is recruitment and membership roles.
 
  Leadership – Jeff Schlingmann (Chairman), Shawn Mortenson
  Develop our leadership skills and work with our DR for the Lodge Recognition Program.
 
  Mentorship
  Provide new candidates with a PM who is more than a memory coach – a true Brother.
 
  Fellowship –                     Kyle Friedrich (Job’s Daughters), Tracy Newman (Eastern Star)
  Provide some pure recreational/family opportunities to increase brotherly love.
 
Charity –                                                       Shawn Mortenson, Chris Zalomsky (NASP)
This is our lodge’s focus. We have expanded much in recent years but more can be done.
 
  Scholarship –                                                Shawn Mortenson, Ed Wern, Tracy Newman    
  Continue our scholarships. Other Grand Lodge, gov’t, private, etc. possibilities exist.
 
  Fundraising – Kyle Friedrich (Chairman), Al Johnson (Brats)
  Brat Sales, Applebee’s, etc. Other ideas: raffles, benefit dinners, business partnerships…
 
  Finance – Tracy Newman (Chairman), Ed Wern
  Yearly budgets, reports, and develop a long term financial plan.
 
  Building – Rich Gilchrist (Chairman), Al Johnson
  A group to assess all maintenance, upgrades, and the future of our largest asset.
 
Education – Shawn Mortenson (Chairman)
Oversee the basic Masonic education of our lodge.
 
  Ritual – Tracy Newman (Chairman), Shawn Mortenson
  Organize our ritual work and provide instruction to ultimately do all work in house.
 
  Memorial
  Continue our great lodge history by recognizing passed brothers, widows and orphans.
 
  Website –                                                                    Shawn Mortenson, Dallas O’Dell
  Determine the needs for and maintain the website.
 
  Newsletter
  Develop a quarterly newsletter even if it’s just the facts.
