In a series of lectures on Deism and the Religious Philosophy of Freemasonry minister and Past Grand Master Terry Tilton will show the development of religious thought which brought us to the Enlightenment and the Age of Natural Reason (with its discovery of reason and science to prove the existence of the First Cause for all of creation).  This led to a radical form of religious philosophy called deism which saw God as unmoving and unknowable.  This is not the religious philosophy of Freemasonry but we are often charged with being Deist in thought and practice.  We will discuss how this is blatantly and demonstrably untrue.
