Welcome to the Grand LEO Resource Pages

The Grand Lodge of Minnesota Education Committee has produced the GL Of MN LEO Book Rev Dec 2012.  This is a resource available to LEOs, and to all Masons who wish to improve their knowledge of the craft.

It is the mission of the Grand Lodge Education Committee to provide Masonic resources to those who are, or will become, interested in Masonic information for their edification, enlightenment and enjoyment.

“Either Freemasonry will destroy ignorance, or ignorance will destroy Freemasonry.” – Paraphrased from a quote by Brother W.E.B. Du Bois

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.  Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.” – Martin Luther King Jr.

“Education is a life long process and should end only when we do.” – Earl Nightengale

“Education has for its object the formation of character.” – Herbert Spencer

The Grand Lodge of Minnesota has a number of videos on our YouTube video site, included in the collection you will find several educational pieces by Past Grand Lodge Education Officer Ed Halpaus.

Sometimes being the Lodge Education Officer means being a discussion leader. Here is a Sample LEO Discussion Topics to get you started.
